Our business is a building home improvements company we specialize in pergolas, refurbishments, alterations and renovations.

2. When and why did you start your business?

The company commenced over 20 years ago.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

I have enjoyed putting a home together right up to the finer details of furnishing and the decor of a completed home.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

The changing economic times and how people change their thinking and priorities of their homes. Though looking back have helped me look to improve the way I do business.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Setting up a website, word of mouth still works well.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Advertising.

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

Renovating and decorating the homes.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

No one in particular mostly stories of people who never give up no matter what the economy or situation brings by.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

To do more smaller building works eg. pergolas, deckings and smaller refurbishments.
