Custom designed beautiful, exquisite fresh and silk wedding bouquets, flowers and arrangements. My services also include a complete Wedding Planning and event service. APARACIDAS Florist, and Floral Designer, Johanna creates the look you are after, whether it be traditional, classic elegance or contemporary. Our Packages are perfect!! Johanna also understand the financial burden that comes with organising a wedding with a package to suit YOU. Each Wedding - whether intimate, small or large, is created in consultation with the Bride and Groom with Johanna to ensure that the wedding does suit the needs of the Bride and her wedding. Johanna custom designs your wedding flowers for your venue... garden, church, home, beach.. in fact anywhere you decide for your wedding. Please request a church visit for a consultation where required.

2. When and why did you start your business?

I have been involved with designing wedding flowers since my teens. As an avid people person, I am passionate in designing and custom designing Bridal and wedding flowers for the Princess Dream wedding.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

My business has enabled me to touch peoples lives with joy. The absolute pleasure on my brides faces when they are seeing their dream flowers, no matter their budget, come to fruition is wonderful.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

The competition and petty jealousies from other businesses within the industry. Otherwise, the advertising and marketing challenges to reach a multitude of potential clients around Australia and the world.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Most effective promotion is by word of mouth from my brides and their guests and so too the actual designs seen by guests on the wedding day and there after. Actively pursuing Internet marketing, web design and web master. Also promotions, brochures.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

Creative design process - each bride is a special Princess with a different personality. I am a angel intuitive,designing the bridal flowers in accordance with the bride\'s wishes in mind. I am passionate about people. I love working in consultation with my brides to create their dream wedding flowers, dream wedding.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

Continue to offer custom designs for each bride no matter where they are. Reach a wider global market, employ others around the world in their own businesses to empower them to reach for the stars. Mentor would be floral designers to work to their best abilities.
