Aulour Trading is a retail/wholesale shop, owned and operated by an Australian Lady, using products from Australia and international. We pride ourselves of obtaining and selling top quality products, at the lowest prices possible. Best service is our goal.

2. When and why did you start your business?

Aulour Trading started about 9 years ago, with a focus on customer care.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with your business?

I am not a young woman and keeping my mind alive was and is my main focus on carrying out my business. I also like the occasional times I get to know and converse with some new individual.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Challenge is the cost of advertising.listing on major sites. I.E. Google, Yahoo. Competition is okay, as it keeps us on our toes. Also I don't like the dis-honesty of some businesses.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Don't really know, as I have not been as successful as I would like to be.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Email marketing

I like being busy

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

My Mother, a long time ago.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

Just starting a new business, that I hope will be more successful

Keep working on your dream and don't let others break you down. Don't give up. Be flexible. And my Mother used to say, if there is no in by the big door, find the side entrence. Keep going and be happy in what you do.
