Australian Pacific Training Solutions1. Tell us about your business We are a First Aid Training provider, all our courses are Compliant with the Work Safe Code of Practice. We offer a full service including training, First Aid Kits and kit replenishment, a complete one stop shop! 2. When and why did you start your business? October 2009 because we felt there was a distinct gap in the marketplace to provide a full service First Aid solution, tailored courses and an unsurpassed level of customer service. 3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business? I am happy to say that we provide a product that provides people with a vaulable resource that can be used everyday, knowing that the product is a tool used to save lives is very important. 4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business? Being a start up business, its difficult competing against the larger established providers, finding a way to actively promote our business is always a challenge. 5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business? Direct Marketing 6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business? So far, none that spring to mind! 7. Name your favourite thing about your business It's that we are able to be flexible and a one stop shop for all things First Aid, it provides the cleint with a greater peace of mind knowing that we are service focussed and that we can deliver our product and services to suit them. 8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you? Virgin Group of Companies, because they saw a gap within an industry and created a plan to service that gap, exactly what we are trying to do as well. 9.
