We provide computer repairs and support to home, business, and corporate clients 24 hours 7 days in and around the Sydney metro area. Customers can also drop their systems off to us for us to diagnose and quote for repairs.

2. When and why did you start your business?

We started in 2006 seeing a need for a true 7 day repair service that offered both on site support as well as a work space for customers to come to us and save on hourly onsite rates.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with your business?

Becoming a trusted and professional known entity in the computer repair community and fostering great client relationships.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Initially having few staff resources so limited in how much time and energy was available. Also spending money on advertising and the trial and error of what works and what does not.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Definitely Google by far. Also word of mouth is very large for us and also repeat business and private customers.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Print advertising has been a main drain of money to the business with little return.

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

That there is always a challenge, looking for ways to keep growing the business and stream line current business practices.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

Generally it has been the business I got to personally where I have felt the service has been above and beyond just supplying a good or service.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

To try and obtain more service contracts for on site computer support and also hire additional staff to keep growing the computer repair centre as well.

10. Share your best business tip with our readers.

Your business has to grow organically, some get lucky, but essentially it requires a lot of hard work and patience initially and then good timing of when to hire additional help to off load the not so profitable tasks to other staff. This way you can focus on your main profit centres but not neglect the other areas that lifted the business initially.
