1. Tell us about your business

We have been in business for over 30 years. Supplier of Promotional Products, we can do small and large runs. We have a massive portfolio of products available from - Lapel Badges, Stubby Holders, Cloth Patches, Pens, embroidery, Printing, Clothing, Headwear, Frisbees, Key rings and much more.

2. When and why did you start your business?

My mother started the business over thirty years ago as she saw a neice in the automotive industry for badges.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

We have grown dramatically in the last 10 years, and do work for a great deal or reprable companies such as RACV, Grendas, Ventura , Councils, and goverment institutions, as well as leading clubs, touring car teams and car manufacturers.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

In the last 10 years our industry has become very compeditive and it is not always easy staying that one step ahead.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Word of mouth is out largest promotional tool. Also we attend alot of Automotive events and this also plays a massive part in our advertising. We advertising in automotive magazines as well.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Yellow pages, and generic magazines

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

We love what we do and it is enjoyable . It chages daily so you are always doing something different. You meet some interesting and lovely people.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

I have met a gread deal of people in my industry and have met a great deal of influential people. But the ones that inspire me are the ones that help the people and the community.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

We are content in the way things are progressing. And just hope we can continue to service our friends and customers in the promotional industry
