We are back office administrators. All Accounting except annual tax returns are done. We operate live and use technology to access our clients remotely. We are in the SME market and manage companies from $200k pa to $50 Million Turnover. We are highly cost effective and include CFO services in our offering.

8 years ago.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

It has grown by word of mouth and in a breakthrogh approach in offering Back Office as a Service thereby alleviating managmers and owners of this onerous task.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Communications and service are key and being trsuted with a core activity of a business is always challenging.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

All word of mouth so far.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Mail outs have proven to be a failure.

Client interface and assisting business to solve operational problems.

We are now in a growth phase planned for the next 18 months. Expect to double in size every 6 months.

Good effective reporting is a major management tool not trying to do each transaction yourself. Also understanding the interaction of growth on working capital and its impact on cash flow.
