I am a personal Training professional and i do mobile personal Training all over the gold coast region!

2. When and why did you start your business?

About 2 years ago, I started my business so i could train people my way, not just make money, but achieve proper results

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

All my clients who have stuck around for several months at the minimum have achieved excellent results and you can ask me about these if you would like information!

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

The financial crisis, bad news everywhere!

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Online marketing has been fantastic!! business cards also help. word of mouth has worked best as to be expected

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Flyers.. waste of time!

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

The fact I get to train people my way, and that they actually get good results!!

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

My personal friends who strive to make their businesses better all the time

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

To continue to grow, and to hire more trainers to work with me who are passionate about their clients getting top results!
