August 2009, to offer people an online florist service that is reliable, convenient and affordable.

It has started to bring in another stream of income to my small business and reach customers who shop online and would otherwise use another online service.

Expensive advertising campaigns, difficulty in finding customer base, complicated website jargon to learn.
