2. When and why did you start your business?

Three and a half years ago, 2007. Wife and I had exhausted ourselves in the public service and were ready for a challenge. Like gourmet food and wanted to share local food and wine.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

Learned about time management, being assertive and not settling for what others expectations are.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Cash flow and learning to actually focus on the business, not being diverted into too many conflicting areas where you focus is split.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Online is going great, have had a few challenges with direct mail, articles go well.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Printing thousands of flyers that were wrong.
