1. Tell us about your business

We are commercial property Maintenance Company. Specializing in all aspects of Maintenance such as; Painting, pressure washing, handyman services, office fitout, property make goods, rubbish removal, access ladders and safety rails, as well as electrical, data, and plumbing. This is your one stop shop.

2. When and why did you start your business?

We began offering our services in 1993 and expanded at a rapid rate offering more and more services as we grew.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

It has given me enormous personal satisfaction to see my vision evolve in to a successful company that today provides great service every day and Employs great people who are rewarded with a range of incentives to keep them motivated. But we always look to improve both our service and working conditions, making this company a great place to be for all including our customers.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

I would have to say cash flow. Until we became big enough to not have to think about our cash flow we could not plan ahead. When we grew to the point that the banks were looking for our business instead of us begging for theirs, things changed dramatically.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Great workmanship, on time service and competitive pricing.

The range of services we provide often impress our clients and generally gives building managers ease of mind that all is taking care of by us.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

There are many people who have inspired me over the years, generally the man that starts with nothing and turns his enthusiasm in to a success story such as John Simons for example.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

I would love to double our exposure in the next year and expand interstate by the following.
