Jobseeker is one of Australia's largest sources of community jobs, not-for-profit jobs and government jobs.

2. When and why did you start your business?

Jobseeker was started in 2008 and grew out of the community job notice board hosted on the Infoxchange.net.au website.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

I've achieved a better understanding of online marketing and the needs of advertisers and job seekers in the social sector.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Building brand trust.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Mutually beneficial partnerships with other community-based organisations.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Direct contact with individual organisations.

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

Serving the community sector.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

Virgin/Branson, Google.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

To see it as the most well-known and trusted source of community, not-for-profit and government jobs in Australia.
