1. Tell us about your business

We provide home loans at a lower rate than the banks with all the features anyone could ever need. They are all covered under the Federal Government guarantee. Special features include no ongoing fees and free of charge redraw accounts

2. When and why did you start your business?

I started this in 2006 but unfortunately due to the global financial crisis we could not secure home loan funding at the right price.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with your business?

I believe that I have achieved a very good name for providing and honest and true service to my clients and put their needs before mine.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Competition from the big banks is always an ongoing concern and then trust from the public.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

The internet is very good but we will commence radio advertisements in October.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

News Paper adds just don't seem to work

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

The home loan product we have, I love it, infact I have one myself they are that good.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

Wayne Dwyer for his positive attitude. John Symmons for his origonal goal of helping people save money.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

To grow the business Australia wide.

Have a goal and stick to it no matter how bleak things look and ignore the competition, if the product is right it will sell itself.
