We evaluate client situation and provide them with the best solutions and outcomes. We provide complete unbiased information about new home builders in Australia, to enable you to make an informed decision about building a new home. Services:

• Research home builder’s plans.
• Custom/individual designs for tender by home builders.
• Tender an existing plan/design you have purchased or created.
• Take one of our designs and select a home builder of your choice.

2. When and why did you start your business?

1st July 2009. I had looked at this in early 2000 but the market & builders wasn't ready for it. As soon as the GFC hit I knew to start putting the plan in place as the timing was right.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with your business?

Hitting every target my business plan had in place, is just so rewarding. also having the public see the dodgy operators for what they really are!

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Finding the perfect office location, to grow my staff in the direction we have setout on.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

I have had a very successful career so far, and touching base with my old bosses and companies has helped promote my company

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

A few, depends on what marketing we are talking about. but all I can say is do it yourself to get it right!

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

That I came up with the idea 10 years ago and never gave up on it.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

Many, but I reall enjoy watching small business grow, we have a few other building brokers and i will help them as much as possible to promote this industry.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

to continue to be the market leaders we are today. and constantly review what we are doing to make it the best.
