Perth's Premier memorabilia and picture framing company. We frame everything from photos to jumpers.

2. When and why did you start your business?

I purchased the business in 2004 when it was struggling. I needed a business that I had flexibility to look after my children who were small at the time. I also saw the potential the business had to grow.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with your business?

I have achieved personally having many great friends, learnt a lot of new skills, and got great satisfaction out of turning the business around.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Challenges include the global financial crisis, finding and maintaining good staff.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Word of mouth particularly, supporting charity and local group events.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Advertising in the newspaper.

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

Creating new ways of displaying items to be framed.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

To grow and become a franchise.
