We are an Australia Wide training business and offer a range of training and business services to employers. From Customer Service training to Conflict Resolution we have over 100 training options. We also provide business coaching, mystery shopping and many other business related services.

2. When and why did you start your business?

We started in 2007 and the main reason for starting it was we saw a need for interactive and entertaining training. Many training sessions fail to deliver real skills and also make the session one to remember.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with your business?

We started In WA and now offer training Australia Wide. We have grown the business from a local small business to one of the leading training businesses in Australia.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

The main challenges would be finding employees to offer the same requirements as we would like to keep us as a leading training company. We find that many training session require upbeat, positive and personable trainers.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Search engine optimisation, Networking and providing a unique and effective service.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Advertising in directories, newspaper and other external advertising magazines.

The fun we have in developing and creating new ideas.
