The Pole Dance fitness market is rapidly growing all over the world and POLE BLITZ offer all women the opportunity to transform both their bodies and their minds. Pole Dance Fit requires no prior skills or fitness level. The studio is a women's only enviroment offering courses and casual classes for the beginner to advanced students POLE DANCE 4 FUN 4 FITNESS

2. When and why did you start your business?

A great opportunity to become involved in one of the fastest growing sports in the nation. Pole Fitness is highly recognised through out the fitness industry and is now one of the most enjoyable ways to get fit whilst having fun .

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with your business?

Self Awareness and Confidence in acheiving what i thought was unacheivable.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Knowing the market and knowing when to have classes, our studio is a women's only enviroment and we do offer courses and classes suitable for all women all ages all fitness levels. Unless you have experienced pole fitness for yourself it is something you may have pre conceived ideas about. Pole Fitness it's not what you might think it's more.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Success to us is personal recommendation ,Word of mouth from all the students who attend our studio based in Ashmore, and internet listings such as thinking business that help small business get a start in the advertising market place.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Radio is a great form of advertising if you can afford to throw alot of money into repetitive marketing we did venture into a little but no return as yet , maybe some time in the future but not as a new business.

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

A women's only enviroment gaining flexibility , strength , co-ordination and self confidence.A total body workout.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

Jenyne Butterfly, Amy Raven, Pantera, Jamilla all who are professionals in this field of sport. The greatest inspiration I have is seeing ladies come into the studio and acheiving the results they never thought they would with pole fitness and pole dance fitness.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

To achieve what i thought was unacheivable through the art of pole dance and pole fitness.
