On a personal level, we have gained satisfaction in knowing what we do really does work and this makes us feel good about what we are doing. We are happy when we succeed in helping men and women in solving relationship and sexual issues that confront us from time to time. We are really happy with our great results in anger management and raising individual's self-esteem both on a personal and professional level. Personally there is fa great feeling of achievement when we see positive results from our life coaching that has helped clients get the job they want and achieve their personal and professional goals, all of which has led to better relationships between men and women. So, do we feel great and like what we do? Absolutely!

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

The greatest challenge is getting the message out that counselling, coaching and self-development can really untie some knots in our lives and it is alright to seek independent help from time to time. Marketing this kind of service is always a challenge.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

We promote our activities through the internet and this has proved most successful, especially telephone and on-line counselling. We have also been successful in promotions to fellow counsellors, psychologists and medical practitioners with whom we work closely.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Mass mail has not been very successful. Most people see such promotions as junk mail and 'cheap'. Several clients have commented that they did not think this kind of marketing works well for this service and are sceptical in following it up. Those that do are generally quite surprised and glad they did.

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

The favourite thing about our business? - Being unique and seeing happy faces and hearing 'thank you'.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

Good question. Generally, most businesses inspire us because most businesses have a main focus - the customer or client. As for business people that inspire us? We all benefit from various people at various times in our lives. It's those people who have a client focus be they in a small business or large business, such as Peter J Daniels, Brian Tracy, Chris Howard and Rob Horkings, Bill Bartman, and even Bill Gates and Warren Buffett to name a few. Their success contributes in some way to inspire us.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

Our plans are to broaden our services by providing quality, reliable useful free information and offer specialised courses on the internet. We already do this to some degree and are going to do more of it. We will also be promoting our network of professionals more so that our potential clients need not be isolated due to geographic or demographic reasons. We are also looking at extending our business hours so that clients have a greater choice of accessing our services.
