2. When and why did you start your business?

SWC is wholly Australian owned company operated by highly skilled and experienced personnel with experience of over 8 years in the security industry.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

SWC has laid its hands on concerts,private functions, major and corporate events,night clubs, pubs and tabarets. Moreover, SWC also makes sure of providing ultimate customer service in all the work areas including shopping centres, factories, high rises are few of many workplaces.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Security is a tough industry as there is too much of competition and a lot of crooked businesses have discouraged the clients to have trust and faith.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Professional and honest approach to the clients have boosted the company. Highly trained Security Officers have provided high quality of work that has helped the company maintain its excellent reputation.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Security is a really competetive and sensitive industry therefore SWC struggled to get initial contracts.

Security is a very challenging business. It is a giant industry involving all sort of work. May it be small or big business or high rises or any event Security is involved on every occassion.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

Big companies like ISS,Wilson,MSS,McCall security inspires is an inspiration. SWC is constantly concentrating in creating new ideas in order to make a distinguished and a high-quality company.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

SWC aims to expand its business interstate and eventually internationally. It is looking forward to start security Training course and install and monitor Fire and Security Alarms.
