Spinalogic is the leading Chiropractic Practice Management Software on the market today. Why? X-rays - Acquisition & storage in DICOM format - the only medico-legally recognised format - and X-rays on-screen during adjustment when the patient simply scans their finger print. "Zero-Touch" Payment - Automatic electronic billing on adjustment, instead of paying staff to waste time handling money and typing up invoices & receipts. Industry Experience - Spinalogic was incorporated in November 2003, giving us over 5 years working as Chiropractors, for Chiropractors. 2. When and why did you start your business?

In my 12 years as a Chiropractor, I've tried most of the practice management software packages on the market, always looking to automate day-to-day processes and increase the quality of care for my patients. Each of these software packages had their strengths and weaknesses, but none of them addressed all of the issues faced by a growing practice. None of them allowed me to automate processes that I knew could be done more reliably and quickly by a computer. So in 2003 with the help of my in-house software developers I built a truly paperless practice management solution with the aim of creating more time for me to be with my family, and reducing expenses for my practice, while increasing the quality of care for my patients. 3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

Through intelligent implementation of our software, I have freed up time for Chiropractors, allowing them to bring wellness to more families across Australasia.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

May potential clients fear software, instead of realising it is a vehicle to success.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Printed advertising.

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

The knowledge that I am furthering the Chiropractic cause, and ultimately helping more people to be well.

The high level of service maintained by Shinsei Bank inspires me.

9. What are your plans for the future of your business?

Our goal is to have the top 10% of Chiropractors in the world utilising Spinalogic.
