Name badges, trophies, key tags, bag tags are just a few items we produce in our own factory here in Australia.

2. When and why did you start your business?

We had a niche business dealing with sporting clubs and bowls clubs all over Australia. We now have large contracts including Australia Post and still deal with customers who only require 1 name badge.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

We are able to offer competitive prices through our online website as we have no fancy overheads. People can speak to the people making their items.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Fly by nighters with gimmicks who don't last and don't provide you with quality goods. We've been operating for over 15 years and have a large customer base who have been utilising us for as long.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Internet is one of the most successful and barter card.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Direct mail outs are a thing of the past.

7. Name your favourite thing about your business

Helping local schools with their awards nights and seeing how proud the kids are to receive their trophies.

We are self motivated people who strive to attain the best outcome.

Keep on doing what we're doing and to expand our market percentage.
