TL has a beautiful range of fashion accessories including jewellery, handbags, body products etc. There is something for everybody. We also provide hampers to clubs, pubs and function centres in our local area with raffles and special events such as Melbourne Cup. We have great specials, promotions and offer a newsletter.

We started our business January 2008.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with of your business?

I enjoy learning new things, new systems and keeping up with technology, when you have an online business this happens.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Finding customers on the internet. Learning SEO!!!!

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Offering free gifts and great discounts.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Advertising in the paper.

We get new products every season, so it is always exciting.

8. Who or what other businesses or business people inspire you?

I love getting onto womens forums and seeing women running small businesses from home and making them work!!!!

Increase web sales and introduce some more categories.
