It is a small organisation that takes pride in offering a personal service tailored to meet the unique concerns of it's clients. Trispiral offers individual,group coaching and workshops. Coaching can range from developing team vision and goal setting to promoting leadership skills.Or for personal coaching in achieving success in well-being,assertion and many other areas.

2. When and why did you start your business?

I set up Trispiral Coaching in 2007.I have had direct experience of life and careeer coaching and found it a really useful service and enhanced my life. I wanted to share this with others by delivering a range of coaching services to individuals and business

Satisfaction in seeing a dream develop. New business skills. Greater interest and creativity.

Promoting this service,dealing with knock backs.
