Walk My Buddy is a dog walking and pet visiting service operating in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne.

2. When and why did you start your business?

We started in 2009 and since our recent start we have grown from a hobby to a fully operating business with 10 dog walkers taking care of the inner northern suburbs.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with your business?

We have achieved the sense of providing something great to the community with our services and made many friends along the way.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

Initially finding the right people to join our team.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Visibility on the internet is our greatest promotional tool.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

Flyer distribution is not cost effective for pet services.

Meeting new dogs!

Warren Buffet.

Our plan is to grow and turn our services into a local household name.
