Colonial Court Villas are luxury serviced apartments and offer some of the finest Mudgee Accommodation in NSW. Conveniently located just minutes from the Mudgee CBD, Colonial Court Villas is close to Mudgee's many boutique shops, cafés, restaurants, markets galleries & Mudgee Hotels.

2. When and why did you start your business?

Colonial Court Villas was started with the simple objective of offering excellent Mudgee accommodation to patrons looking to explore the inner Western region of NSW.

3. On a personal level, what have you achieved with your business?

We've achieved an immense amount of satisfaction in offering the best level of service attainable to all of our patrons.

4. What are some of the challenges you’ve faced in growing your business?

The accommodation industry is tough to conquer, and always presents a challenge to anyone starting out, so that would definitely be the biggest challenge faced.

5. What activities have been successful in promoting your business?

Primarily word of mouth, but we've also found the internet to be a successful promotional channel to attract new guests to our hotel.

6. What activities were less successful for marketing your business?

I would have to say good old fashioned street flyers!

It allows us to do something we love - in the place we love!

To expand the business even further, and build notoriety about our superb quality of service via word of mouth.
