World First - Aspect-Scalable Anti-Alias Imagery via CSS

Melbourne, VIC – EVODENCE pioneers a world first, developing Full-Screen Aspect-Scalable Anti-Alias Imagery via CSS, achieving excellent resolution and smoothness within all major web browsers regardless of image or window size.

Previously, developers wishing to achieve similar results would need to use Flash in combination with advanced embedment code. This approach ultimately results in slower loading time, a typically pixelated appearance and dependence on users to have the third party browser plug-in installed.

To achieve the superior development solution, in-house employee Suryadi Lawira helped produce the code under the direction of Founder - James Hazelton. Suryadi joined the team in April 2009, previously working as an SEO specialist who was looking for a more challenging work environment. Closely working with James, EVODENCE’s development techniques have been highly tested & refined to create a new level of online display standards.

The EVODENCE website (http://www.evodence.com/) which implements the technology has already won an Interactive Media Award for Web Design / Development in 2009, and has started to commercialise use of the innovation into the web sites for clients. The result is high resolution imagery with excellent detail without loss of native resolution smoothness.

The project is the result of EVODENCE pushing the boundaries of the online medium, wanting to demonstrate the creativity possible within producing flexible aesthetically engaging environments.
