Britz Delivers A New Era In Campervanning For FamiliesBritz Campervans are turning family holidays on their head with their new family-sized campervan that allows children to sit up front with the adults. The Renegade is Britz’s first dual cab campervan on the market and is truly family-friendly; because it lets parents and children ride together on their motoring adventure so families can share every moment of their journey. The new campervan also has a practical edge that means safer traveling for its smallest passengers. Infant and child booster seats remain fitted in the front cabin rather than having to be removed when it’s time to make up the beds, while two reversing cameras also help keep little ones safe. The Renegade campervan sleeps up to six people – four adults and two children or two adults and four children – comfortably. It has three double beds, including the super king over-cab bed that transforms into twin singles. Shifting all passenger seats to the cab has allowed Britz to create more room in the campervan for a larger kitchen, lounge and dining space. The new-style campervan was custom-made to Britz’s own specifications after company research showed customers wanted more quality time together on family holidays. “The Renegade really is unique. It means families can now experience the entire journey together and not just the end destination,” says Damian Shaw, General Manager for Britz Australian Rentals Operations. “We’re happy to play a part in helping families reconnect while discovering Australia’s amazing landscapes on their campervan adventure." A true home-away-from-home for families, other features of the Renegade include a TV and DVD player, stereo with both internal and external speakers, a microwave, four-burner gas stove and all cutlery, crockery and cookware plus its own shower and toilet. In the drivers cab there are also twin seven-inch DVD screens to entertain passengers in the back seat and a 14 litre refrigerator to ensure easy access to snacks, whilst on the road. Britz is the largest campervan rental company in Australia and specializes in family self-drive holidays.
