Happen Business releases Jim2 Business EngineNow incorporates full management performance dashboard and integrated EFTPOS Happen Business, Australian developer of enterprise resource planning and business accounting software> Jim2 Business Engine, has released Jim2 version 3.1. With the release of Jim2 version 3.1 Business Engine (Jim2 v3.1), Happen Business introduces major enhancements to its workflow-based accounting software that automates repetitive tasks, provides business to business electronic commerce, resources scheduling, offers full stock control with serial number tracking and provides comprehensive reporting. New updates include a full management business intelligence dashboard, which is fully customisable to display specialised content from within Jim2 v3.1. Jim2 users can have separate dashboards for management purposes, operations, workshop and sales teams. The dashboard comes with three standard widgets – a widget is a tool that displays information – with the ability to add and customise multiple widgets as needed. The Jim2 dashboard can display debtor and creditor balances, it has an account watch that comprises a graphical format of any account balance from general ledger, and a status watch so that users can quickly and easily see where jobs are up to i.e. jobs that have been booked or completed. Comparison charts can be created to track sales information, and creating ‘this week/month/year versus last week/month/year’ type of graphs and charts. Happen Business has also partnered with PC-EFTPOS, Australia’s leading specialist supplier of integrated EFTPOS payment solutions in Australia, to offer integrated EFTPOS services to all Jim2 v3.1 users. Clients will be able to enjoy seamless EFTPOS services with minimal setup requirements. The Jim2 v3.1 EFTPOS integration lets multiple machines share the same EFTPOS terminal, and eliminates the risk of double entry and typographical errors, leading to a more efficient sales process. Other highlights include:
Paul Berger, managing director, Happen Business says, “In addition to new updates to Jim2, Happen Business offers all clients a private one-on-one, or group dashboard and EFTPOS training via remote session. Our drive for quality training and customer service ensures that all Happen Business clients receive outstanding performance from their software, while enjoying full technical support.” Beta testing of the Jim 2 v3.1 Business Engine has met with high praise from Happen’s beta customers. Dean Calvert, managing director, Calvert Technologies says, “With Jim2’s new business intelligence dashboard, I can instantly see how my business is tracking. I can access debtors, creditors and accounts from the general ledger and display them visually, as well as creating comparison charts for income and expense figures from current and previous periods. Most importantly for me, I can see the status of all my service jobs, with full drill down into the data by clicking on the chart. It’s extremely useful.” Visit us at: Happen Business Paid Advertisements Below
