New travel website first of its kind in Australia

A website launched in July 2010 is offering Australians a unique option for finding accommodation in Europe. The site was borne out of the frustration of searching for accommodation during regular family trips to France and Italy. “I spent hours searching on the internet and then quite accidentally came across an ad for a property in Languedoc France owned by an Australian. I contacted the owner, we started chatting and the property sounded perfect. We booked and had such an excellent experience that for my next trip to Italy I decided to find something Australian owned. Again I had to spend hours on google and thought to myself – there has to be a better way,” said Anderson.

Using the internet to find holiday rentals is a time consuming and often bewildering experience and with the amount of properties available online, it can be difficult, if not impossible, for Australians to find the right property. “We just want to make the whole process easier says Anderson.
