OVEE acquires Apex Internet

Canberra, ACT - OVEE Canberra's upcoming ICT provider, announced today it has signed an agreement to acquire Apex Internet, a local Canberra,ACT based internet services provider.

The acquisition represents the continuation of OVEE's strategy to continue to provide its clients (and now Apex Internet clients) with the highest level of services available.

The acquisition will add further opportunities for OVEE to increase its range of Internet products, and at the same time allow it to take advantage of even greater buying power which will benefit customers in the long term.

"The most important thing about this acquisition is that it's all local. All customers will still receive the local support and service they expect, before, during and after the acquisition is complete." said Mr Appleby.

Kostas Michalis and George Michalis, Apex Internet's Operations Manager and Director will be moving onto new challenges shortly after the acquisition is complete.
